Job Description
A successful candidate will be taking a on a response electrical maintenance role in NIHE properties in the North Down area.
This includes after hours call outs on a planned rotation
This post involves visiting multiple addresses throughout the day to carry out repairs and/or installation work such a new smoke/heat alarm installs, Positive ventilation unit installation, additional sockets etc.
Bigger install jobs will be carried out in teams
Must be time served electrician with complete AM2 certification
Must have a high knowledge of inspection and testing and including a 2391 qualification.
The ability to efficiency fault find is essential
All certification for each job be it an EICR, Minor works or New Installation, is carried out on the Easycert app and uploaded immediately after each job.
Must hold a full UK driving license.
Must have ECS card (can be arranged)
Must have CSR (can be arranged)

Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
