Ludlow Property Solutions are looking to hire an ECS Gold Card Electricianto join their team based in the North East. You will be be required to carry out Electrical installations across a varied domestic and commercial portfolio.
We are looking for a dynamic team member who has the skills and competence to meet our company standards.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK

Responsibilities:

Providing high standard electrical installation works in domestic and commercial settings Ability to identify and correct issues in accordance with the 18th Edition Electrical Installation Regulations & associated legislative standards Ability to conduct other duties as required by management such as: minor building works Produce technical and situational reports to management as required Assisting the management team with producing quotations where extra works are identified Highlighting any major site issues or incidents to management Dealing with clients in a polite and professional manner Attending team meetings or briefings as requested Working at remote location for a minimum of 8 weeks per year

Requirements:

ECS Gold Card Holder Qualified to City & Guilds 2360 / 2330 Parts 1, 2 & 3, BTEC ONC / HNC, JIB Approved electrician or NVQ Level 3 equivalent 2 years post qualification experience City & Guilds 2391 Electrical Inspection & testing Working knowledge of BS7671, 18th Edition Electrical Installation Regulations & associated legislative standards, working knowledge of Building Regulations Sound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations regarding maintenance activities Ability to work on own or as part of a team Full UK Driving Licence - Essential Must be able to provide two references
