Working closely with the qualifying supervisor to deliver high-quality, safety-compliant electrical works.

across the Anglia Region to carry out electrical fault repairs and maintenance

full UK driving licence is essential

Main Duties Include
Commercial installation work including containment systems, SWA installation/termination, 3-phase distribution equipment
Commercial EICRs
Emergency lighting systems installation and testing
Fire alarm installation and testing
Reactive faults and planned maintenance
Data cabling installation
Occasional domestic works
The Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following Attributes
Fully qualified electrician (recognised electrical apprenticeship) with demonstrable industry experience & JIB Gold Card
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Willingness and ability to travel throughout the
Network Rail Anglia Region
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Provide updates and progress reports to management as required
Use relevant IT systems to record work and associated information
Liaise with clients effectively to limit downtime and disruption
Work in an efficient and safe manner
Hold the 18th Edition & Amendment 2 Wiring Regulations
Strong understanding of current health & safety legislation relating to electrical safety
Fire alarm experience desirable
Rail (off-track) experience desirable but not essential (training provided)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage own workload, materials, and reactive requirements
Compliance Requirements
Pre-employment drug & alcohol test required
Subject to random drug & alcohol testing
under rail industry safety rules
Must meet all ongoing rail compliance and safety standards

Job Details
Job Type: Full-time, in-person, 40 hours per week (occasional overtime required)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts

Salary:
38,000-42,000 per annum (pay will be reviewed and can be negotiated based on experience)
Day rate may be considered on a temp-to-perm basis
