Position: Qualified Electrician (Solar / Renewables/General )

Location: Rugeley and Surrounding Areas (occasional travel)

Salary: 27,000 - 55,000 + Van + Fuel Card + Overtime + Pension + Holiday + Development & Progression Opportunities

Schedule: Monday - Friday

The Role:

Installation and maintenance of

Solar PV systems

, with involvement in

heat pumps

and

EV charging

. General electrical work across

domestic, commercial, and industrial

environments. Testing and inspection duties, particularly on EV systems.

The Person:

NVQ Level 3 qualified in an electrical discipline. 18th Edition certified. Full UK Driving Licence. Experience with EV charging systems (desirable). Solar PV or renewable installation experience preferred. Based in Coventry or surrounding areas.
Candidates without full qualifications may be considered for a lower starting salary, with support provided to upskill.
