London & South East Electricals (L&SEE) are a family-run, NICEIC-accredited electrical company with over 10 years' experience in the industry. We are experts in schools and commercial settings, with a strong presence throughout London and Essex -- particularly within the Newham area.
We provide a comprehensive range of services across London, Essex, Kent, and the surrounding regions. Our engineers cover all aspects of electrical works, from basic installation and maintenance to alarm systems, access control, networking, CCTV, and anything involving cabling.
Due to our strong reputation and a significant increase in workload, L&SEE are seeking fully qualified electricians to join our growing team. You will work as a self-employed subcontractor under the CIS scheme.

Types of work you will undertake include:
Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
LED lighting upgrades
Alarm system servicing, fault finding and installation
Emergency call-outs
General electrical installation and maintenance
Access control installation, service and maintenance
CCTV installation, service and maintenance
Important Note:
Given the nature of our work, much of it is based around schools. Candidates must be able to commit to working during half-terms and school summer holidays, which are our busiest periods. Please consider this carefully if you have family commitments or prefer to take holidays during school breaks.
Minimum Requirements:
Clean Enhanced DBS check (essential)
Own vehicle
Own tools and power tools
Strong working knowledge of the 18th Edition (holding the formal qualification is preferred but not essential)
Level 3 Testing & Inspection qualification (desirable but not essential)
Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified electrician
Willingness to travel -- primarily London-based work, with some projects in Essex and surrounding counties
Good communication skills and professional conduct with clients
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Willingness to undertake continuous professional development (CPD)
Motivation to expand knowledge through relevant and recognised training courses
