Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and a keen eye for detail. The main role at the minute will be industrial work, we require the right candidate to install containment, install SWA and carry out the terminating etc.

Responsibilities

- Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems
- Inspect electrical components, identify electrical problems, and repair or replace faulty parts
- Perform regular maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with contractors and construction workers on site
- Follow UK building regulations based on the wiring regulations
- Respond promptly to emergency calls

Skills

- Proficient in using power tools for electrical work
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and hand tools
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify issues accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: 13.50-20.00 per hour

Schedule:

10 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability

ECS Gold Card (required)
