What You'll Be Doing (The Role)

As a key member of our team, you'll be the expert bringing our customers' green energy projects to life. Most of our work is within a 45-minute radius of Ringwood, with occasional travel further afield.

Lead the Way:

Take charge of installing, testing, and commissioning residential and commercial Solar PV systems.

Install & Maintain:

Handle all aspects of high-quality electrical installation work, including battery storage systems, EV charge points, and general wiring.

Troubleshoot & Solve:

Be the expert fault-finder. Use your skills to diagnose and resolve electrical issues on both AC and DC systems.

Uphold Standards:

Conduct thorough inspections, ensuring all work complies with BS 7671 (18th Edition) and renewable energy standards.

Collaborate & Deliver:

Work closely with our project managers and the rest of the installation team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Be the Face of Starks:

You'll be working in our customers' homes, providing an outstanding, professional service.
What You'll Bring (The Ideal Candidate)

We need a qualified professional who is organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality workmanship.

Must-Haves:

Proven experience as a qualified Electrician (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

Crucial: 18th Edition (BS 7671) certification.

A valid

UK driving licence

(a company van will be provided). A master of the tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a true team player.

Awesome-to-Haves (This will make you stand out!):

Direct experience installing Solar PV systems. Inspection and Testing qualification (C&G 2391 or equivalent). Knowledge of battery storage systems (e.g., GivEnergy, Tesla, etc.). EV charge point installation qualifications.
