At Ocean, our Property Services team delivers essential trade services to our tenants, ensuring homes are safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient. As an Electrician, you'll play a key role in Maintenance, Voids, Planned Works, Energy, Compliance, and Heating Teams--every day brings variety and impact.

Permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week) Competitive salary: 39,146 per annum Extra earning potential: 5% call-out enhancement after probation Work that matters: Improve homes and lives across our housing stock

Your Role


You'll work independently or as part of a team, carrying out electrical maintenance, improvements, and new installations. After probation, you'll join our out-of-hours service, giving you additional pay and the satisfaction of helping customers when they need it most.


We're looking for someone who can bring quality, efficiency, and value to every job, with a willingness to apply basic skills across other trades when needed.


What We're Looking For

Qualified Electrician: Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 or higher qualification Full, clean driving licence Experience in domestic and/or commercial electrical work Up-to-date knowledge of Electricity at Work regulations Strong customer service and communication skills
