About Us:

We are a leading facilities management company, delivering high-quality services across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and public sector properties. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a skilled and qualified Electrician to join our team and support ongoing maintenance and reactive repair work across client sites.

Role Overview:

As an Electrician, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, fault finding, and installation work as part of our facilities services. You will ensure all tasks are completed to industry standards, meeting both client expectations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine electrical maintenance across client sites Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a safe and timely manner Install new electrical systems or upgrade existing installations Complete inspection and testing (EICR) in line with regulations Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies Maintain accurate records using job management systems Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members professionally

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) AM2 and ECS/CSCS card preferred City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 (Desirable) Experience in commercial or facilities management environments Ability to work independently and use initiative Full UK driving licence
