We're looking for an experienced and reliable
Electrician
to join a social housing maintenance team inThurrock
. You'll carry out electrical repairs, testing, and installations across occupied and void properties.Key Responsibilities
Carry out
EICRs, remedial works, installations, and maintenance
in domestic/social housing properties. Diagnose and repair electrical faults Complete certification and reports accurately using handheld devices.Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent Full UK Driving Licence Clean DBS
