Location: Devon + surrounding countryside (yes, it's as nice as it sounds)

Salary: 33,000-41,600 per year + Company Van (with fuel card - we've got your back)

Glo Renewables Ltd is a fully qualified, MCS and NAPIT-approved solar installation company based in Totnes, Devon. We design and install top-notch solar PV, battery storage, and full electrical systems for a mix of lovely clients - from eco-conscious homeowners to big commercial jobs.

The Role

You'll be getting hands-on with solar PV installs, battery systems, and full electrical rewires - from first fix to final test. We're after someone who's confident with the regs, comfortable leading on-site when needed, and happy getting stuck into everything from cable runs to client chats.

What You'll Be Doing

Installing and commissioning solar PV systems, battery storage, and all related cabling Carrying out full electrical rewires and consumer unit upgrades to current BS7671 standards Testing, fault-finding, and maintenance across residential and commercial jobs Keeping installations neat, safe and compliant (we don't do cowboy work) Working directly with clients and teammates to get jobs over the line Filling out certs and paperwork without throwing your tester across the van

What We're Looking For

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regs AM2 and ideally C&G 2391 (or 2394/95) Comfortable with 3-phase systems Full UK driving licence Good sense of humour (essential - we spend a lot of time in vans together) Ability to work solo or as part of a tight-knit team Good/Great communicator No nonsense straight talker preferred A love for clean installs Take pride in their work

Bonus Points If You've Got:

Experience with solar PV and battery systems like GivEnergy, Tesla Powerwall, or Fox ESS City & Guilds 2399 or other solar/battery certs
