Salary: 40,000 - 44,000 per annum (depending on experience & qualifications)

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting a qualified and experienced

Electrician

to join our team in Tower Hamlets. This role will focus on

electrical testing, fault finding, and remedial works

within domestic/social housing properties. It's a great opportunity to work in a stable, full-time role with excellent benefits and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out

electrical testing

(EICRs) in domestic properties. Complete

remedial works

following inspections, including rewires, consumer unit changes, bonding, and fault finding. Ensure all work complies with the latest IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671). Keep accurate records and issue certification via handheld devices or software. Work independently and ensure jobs are completed to a high standard. Liaise professionally with tenants and clients, providing a high level of customer service.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)

- essential.

2391 or equivalent in Inspection & Testing

- essential.

AM2

- essential Proven experience in domestic testing and remedial electrical work. Full UK driving license - essential. Good communication skills and ability to work on own initiative. Experience working in social housing or similar environments is desirable.
