Job Overview

RST Electrical Engineering a Walsall based company are currently looking for an electrical engineer must have NVQ level 3/18th Edition/2391 or equivalent, full driving license. Must have experience in periodic inspection and testing in commercial, industrial and domestic properties. Be able to carrying out remedial and minor electrical works on own or working with a team. Must be able to use online software and excel to complete EICR and other certificates. Van and Testers can be provided.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Troubleshoot electrical issues and determine the best course of action for repairs. Conduct regular compliance inspection and testing in various commercial and industrial premises and complete all the relevant paperwork. Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards. Collaborate with other members of the team. Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Skills

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to electrical work. Strong knowledge of electrical theory and practices. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
