A bit about the role ...

We are currently recruiting for electrical sub-contractors to join our business, with specific responsibility for the Northwest area.





You will be asked to undertake the below scope of works on social housing properties:





BATHROOM UPGRADE WORKS



KITCHEN UPGRADE WORKS



NEW FAN INSTALLATIONS



TEST / INSPECTING



GENERAL ELECTRICAL UPGRADE WORKS WITHIN SOCIAL HOUSING PROPERTIES

What you will be responsible for...

To work individually or as part of a team undertaking high quality Electrical Repairs Testing and/ or Installation works To comply with BS7671 standards and company standards of work performance, ensuring implementation and compliance within Electrical policies and procedures Ensure implementation and compliance with company Health and Safety policies and procedures You will be expected to carry out Electrical condition reporting, repairs and installations to the highest of standards. Liaising with tenants. Maintain van stocks and provide information enabling the improvements of first time fixes for the area you work within.

What we'd like from you...

NVQ Level 3 Qualification in electrical installation work e.g. C&G 2330, 2360,2357, 2365 City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395 Good computer literacy Full driving licence held for 12 months Asbestos awareness - desirable but not essential
