We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various sites. Duties
Installing, testing, and maintaining electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
Diagnosing electrical faults and performing repairs efficiently to minimise downtime.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installation and repair tasks.
Conducting routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance.
Collaborating with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Electrician with a solid understanding of electrical installation, including maintenance and repairs on residential properties and commercial.
Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, as well as power tools including drills and saws.
Demonstrable electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical installation or maintenance (e.g., City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3).
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to safety.
Valid UK driving licence is essential must be able to pass DBS Check,
