Platform Property Care has a great opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join our team covering Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishments in Worcester, Evesham and Gloucester.

What could you be doing?

You will deliver 1st and 2nd fix in a kitchen and bathroom installation and refurbishment team and undertake electrical refurbishment work according to current guidelines.

We want somebody who can:

You'll be working in people's homes, so you'll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication and customer service skills. You'll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering work right first time.

We are looking for someone who has

:


Served an apprenticeship in Electrical or obtained an equivalent NVQ L3 & City & Guilds L3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent in testing and inspection 18th Edition regulation Sound experience in completing a range of electrical repairs and maintenance in a domestic setting Experience of working in property maintenance for a social Landlord, Housing Association or Council. Full driving licence As you will be working within Customer's homes this role requires a DBS check.

This role is for a team based in the following towns so you will need to live close to or in these areas: Worcester, Evesham and Gloucester.

This role is a permanent contract employed by Platform Housing Group/ Platform Property Care, working predominantly on a contract supplying repairs and maintenance to Rooftop Housing Group.

This role is mobile, so it is essential you have a current valid driving licence. Unfortunately, we cannot progress applications from applicants who do not hold this.
