Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team within Social Housing repairs & maintenance. You will be responsible for Installing, servicing and maintaining electrical systems and appliances in accordance with the current Edition of The IET Wiring Regulations o Installation, repair, inspect & test electrical installations and can fill in the appropriate Electrical Certificate or Electrical Condition Report correctly o Carry out EICRs and remedial upgrades as required oUsing a PDA smart phone
What You Will Need
Essential criteria: o C&G 2360 Part 1&2 Electrotechnical Competences plus the NVQ 3 Certificate 2356 with o Technical Certs L2&3 plus the NVQ 3 Certificate or NVQ 3 2356 certificate o C&G 18th Edition Certificate o C&G 2391 o Testing & Inspecting Certificate C&G 2377 o PAT Certificate o Social Housing experience
Rate: 24.61 ph
Van & Fuel card provided
Temp to perm - View to go permanent after 13 weeks temp basis
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: 196.88 per day
