We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established social housing provider for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join their team on a permanent basis. This varied role covers repairs, maintenance, and void property works, offering a stable and rewarding career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical repairs and fault diagnostics in tenanted properties Maintenance and upgrades across housing stock Electrical installations and safety checks in void properties Periodic inspection and testing in line with current regulations Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and NICEIC requirements Accurate completion of job records and certification
Essential Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification Full UK driving licence Experience in domestic or social housing environments Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
Desirable:
2391 or equivalent testing and inspection qualification
