Job Summary

John Wright Electrical & Mechanical Services Ltd are one of Yorkshire's largest Electrical, Plumbing & Heating contractors who supply, install, commission and maintain a wide variety of services in the commercial, industrial and domestic sectors. Due to continuous expansion, we are looking for a BMS, HVAC, Vent Controls electrician to join our Electrical division. We have a full order book for 2026 so looking to add some top-quality engineers to our team to complete contracts throughout the UK.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic and hardworking electrical engineers to our team. Someone with installation, maintenance and fault finding experience. A full and current driving license is essential for the role.

Required Attributes/Skills:

Above all we are looking for a motivated individual with the drive to succeed. Someone with a proven electrical contracting background, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Install, test, and commission electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute electrical installations for new constructions or renovations. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and upgrades. Ensure all work complies with health and safety legislation and company policies to promote a safe working environment.

Skills

Demonstrable electrical experience with a solid understanding of wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: 35,000.00-60,000.00 per year
