Job Advertisement: Electricians Mate / Labourer - Solar

Location: Llay, Wrexham

Hours - 40 / week

Join our family-owned business, DomElec, specialising in Solar PV and Battery storage solutions for homes and businesses. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Electrician's Mate to support our electrical installers on site. You will gain valuable hands-on experience and learn extensive electrical and solar PV knowledge to help you grow professionally. Formal training and qualifications may be considered after a probationary period.

Role Overview:

Site-Based Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the installation of Solar PV and Battery Systems on-site

- Using hand tools and power tools for various tasks

- Adhering to Health & Safety policies at all times

- Maintaining the high installation standards set by our company

- Working at heights on ladders and scaffolding

- Demonstrating a keen interest in developing knowledge or learning about Solar PV systems

Essential:

- Some experience in on-site work, such as labouring

- Valid driving license with a maximum of 3 points

-Be trustworthy, reliable and hardworking

Desirable:

- Previous experience in solar, electrical work, or similar trades
