We are seeking a dedicated and skilled electrician mate/ cable puller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be Part of a team running and installing data cables in large commercial premises for upgrades to security systems (alarm/cctv etc.)
This job will include some working away Monday to Friday, some overtime if wanted/ night and day shifts.
A CSCS/ECS card would be ideal but not essential.
A IPAF license would be ideal but not essential.
Duties
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to assist in the pulling process.
Maintain an organised work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
Proficiency in using electrical, hand tools, and power tools is essential.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members and supervisors.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques or processes.
