need experience in all of these -- training can be provided.

The Role

We're looking for an

Electrician / Technician

who enjoys variety and problem-solving.

Depending on experience, you'll be involved in:

Installation, commissioning and fault-finding of electrical and low-voltage systems Working on gates, security, networks, and renewable technologies Reading drawings and job information to deliver work first-time Communicating clearly with customers and the office team Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and housekeeping Accurately recording job notes and materials used
You'll be supported by a growing operations team --

you won't be left firefighting alone

What We're Looking ForEssential:

A positive, professional attitude Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and adapt Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable (but not essential):

Electrical experience (domestic or commercial) Experience with gates, security, CCTV, EV, or solar Fault-finding mindset Relevant qualifications (18th Edition, ECS/CSCS, etc.)

We care more about mindset and capability than ticking every box.

Location & Travel

We plan work sensibly and aim to keep jobs

within around one hour of our Ringwood office

wherever possible.

This is

not a London-based role

.

Occasionally, projects may take us further afield, but travel is planned in advance and shared fairly across the team.
