Electricity & Machine Maintenance Technician

to join our team.

Responsibilities

erform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, electrical systems, and factory utilities. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize production downtime. Install, inspect, and test electrical wiring, components, and industrial equipment. Maintain automation systems, sensors, motors, and PLC-controlled machinery (experience preferred). Ensure machinery complies with safety standards and food industry regulations. Keep accurate maintenance logs, service records, and shift reports. Support production teams with machine start-up, adjustments, and equipment optimization. Assist in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Skills

Diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. Proven experience in a food manufacturing or industrial production environment (required/preferred). Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial machinery, and automation equipment. Ability to read electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and machine manuals. Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and control systems (advantage). Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure. Understanding of workplace safety, GMP, and food manufacturing standards. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or emergency overtime if required.
