Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Electrologist to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be specialising in electrolysis but may offer other treatments such as waxing, laser and brows.

You will provide exceptional service to our diverse range of clients, ensuring everyone feels welcome. We have an extremely large transgender client base, so you will be trained in trans awareness and expected to treat all clients with respect and care.

You will be working on all genders, all gender identities and all skin tones and bodies.

Your expertise in hair removal, namely electrolysis and commitment to outstanding customer service will play a vital role in enhancing the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver electrolysis, possibly along with waxing and laser. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment areas. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and personalised service. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide informed recommendations. Promote additional services and products that align with client needs and preferences. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrologist / Beauty Therapist or hair removal specialist essential. Training may be provided for the right candidate in electrolysis. Proficiency in waxing techniques is desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients from all backgrounds. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A passion for the inclusion and a desire to continuously learn and develop personally and professionally. Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrolysis , waxing or beauty therapy are mandatory. Laser may be offered as training. Pay: 12.75-19.00 per hour
