Apprentice Electro-Mechanical Engineer (Banbury)

The role

We are looking for a local person to join our team of specialist engineers in Banbury. You will be mentored in-house and attend a college course to gain your qualifications via a full apprentership. The person and their potential is more important to us than your current status. We have a wide range in starting salary as we expect a range of different experiences and abilities to apply. For example if you already have some mechanical or electrical experience you will be at the higher end of the range.

A desire to know how things work Fault-finding, troubleshooting mindset Customers are a blessing not a problem attitude Computer skills required to basic level, email etc Team player Excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Profile

Engineering qualification at GCSE, A level or college. Knowledge of rotating machinery would be useful but not essential. Knowledge of electrical installations would be useful but not essential
