Servicing & maintaining the performance, functions and controls of electronic fire & security systems, incorporating intruder detection systems, access control systems, CCTV systems and fire safety systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending planned maintenance visits & responding to client callouts to rectify system faults, ensuring both company and client expectations are satisfied.
Responsibilities
oCarry out planned preventative maintenance visits, detail and document system information and configuration, ensuring system performance and compliance.
oAttend reactive and proactive client callouts to rectify and resolve system faults and failures.
oDocument & detail accurate and timely records of all client services and support provided.
oPerform takeovers of existing client and non-client systems.
oProvide client product support on systems and services.
oUndertake relevant and required tasks to support your colleagues and company objectives.
Experience
oProven experience in the installation and or servicing of electronic fire safety systems and or electronic security systems.
oBasic knowledge of electrical and or electronic principles.
oBasic knowledge of IT, including an understanding of various windows operating systems.
oBasic knowledge of networking principles.
Working Hours
oMonday to Friday 08.30 to 17.00 - 40 Hours
