The Role
To maintain overall efficiency and operation of the Electronic Dept, maintaining the highest standard of efficiency and security in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company. This may involve travel to other local sites under the management of LCI/Metropolitan Gaming
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Keeping the Electronic Department working for our playing customers.
Make regular Inspections for Tampering, Repairs and Maintenance of all Gaming Electronic Units
Provide clear and good training to trainee Technicians and support to Gaming Hosts involved with the EG dept.
Upkeep detailed records of all machine inventory, including upgrades and parts, interact with our suppliers/vendors regarding the servicing and repairing of units.
A good knowledge of gaming systems/TITO/Accounting and Player tracking.
Data Networking, compliant in Cat5/6 Installation, able to work alone and configure network.
Travel at relatively short notice to local properties needing urgent attention.
Assist with developments of ongoing and future technical projects.
To assist Group EG departments with installations if required, this may include the cover of resident site technicians booked holidays.
Good knowledge of Health and Safety around the working environment, experience in safe handling of heavy equipment.

Essential Skills:
Data Cabling and Network skills to a high standard, must be compliant in Cat5/6 Data Installation.
Server based knowledge, of ER products, Unity and Fusion.
Possesses good written and verbal communication.
Strong customer service background.
Able to use own initiative and work autonomously (self-Starter).
Installations of both electronic gaming and casino table equipment.
Experience updating Slot/ER Machine software and good general knowledge of machine set ups.
