Job Description

/Purpose of the Role:

We are looking to recruit an Electronics Assembly Technician to join our small, busy, and skilled team as the business continues to grow and our workload increases.

It is expected that the successful candidate will be a highly self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail. The candidate must be a quick learner who is able to work independently and rapidly adapt to the task in hand.

You will be responsible for the assembly and test of electronic components and products using a variety of tools and equipment, ensuring that they meet the relevant quality standards.

Outline Duties:

Manufacture and test of sensor wiring assemblies.

Testing electronic assemblies during production.

Operation of our factory calibration equipment.

Basic circuit testing.

A typical working week would include:

Soldering

Wiring

Potting (encapsulation)

Electronics testing

Environmental testing

Sensor configuration

Sensor calibration

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum GCSE Maths and English grades C / 4 and above, or equivalent.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate.

PC literate with demonstrable IT skills (Office 365)

An interest in motorsport is advantageous along with a passion for technology.
