What You'll Be Doing: Technical Deep Dive
This isn't just about maintaining existing designs; it's about pioneering new ones. As an Electronic Design Engineer, you'll be instrumental in:
Architecting Advanced Electronic Systems:
Lead the design and development of complex electronic systems, focusing on
mixed-signal circuit design
. You'll be tackling challenges in signal integrity, noise reduction, and component selection for optimal performance in demanding test environments.
Precision Testing & Debugging:
Become our go-to expert for
testing and debugging electronic circuits
. You'll meticulously analyze hardware and collaborate on software debugging to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and accuracy of our test equipment.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Drive the evolution of our product line. This includes
updating and maintaining existing hardware designs
to enhance functionality and resolve issues, as well as spearheading the creation of
entirely new products from requirements
, translating market needs into innovative hardware solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with our multidisciplined team, including mechanical engineering, software, and manufacturing to ensure
seamless integration of electronic systems
. Your designs will be the foundation for robust and user-friendly test solutions.
System Integration & Assembly:
Oversee the
system integration and assembly
process, ensuring all electronic components work in harmony to deliver a complete, high-performance product.
Your Technical Toolkit: What We're Looking For
We're seeking a hands-on engineer with a proven track record and a drive for continuous learning.
A degree in
Electrical or Electronic Engineering
(Or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience
in designing and developing complex electronics.
Expertise in
schematic capture and PCB layout tools
, with a strong preference for
Altium Designer
. Show us how you translate concepts into high-quality, manufacturable boards.
Extensive knowledge of testing and debugging electronic circuits
- you know your way around an oscilloscope and can quickly diagnose hardware anomalies.
Strong problem-solving skills
, particularly in debugging complex electronic systems and identifying root causes of issues.
Previous experience with
VHDL development
would be a significant asset, demonstrating your versatility in digital design.
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within our highly integrated team.
