This role is key to achieving DSL's ongoing manufacturing and production of electronic PCB assemblies and subsequent sub-assemblies, to a high standard and efficient speed.
No previous experience is necessary, full training will be given - but attention to detail is vital.
Responsibilities
Assemble electronic products with speed, following assembly instructions accurately
Assembling electronic PCBs into enclosures
Applying correct labels in correct places with correct orientation
Attaching cabling
Test electronic products, where applicable, to ensure they are functioning correctly
Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet required standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process.
Collaborate with team members to improve assembly techniques and workflows.
Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
