ATL is a leader in the design and manufacture of high-reliability electronic systems for the dairy sector. We are committed to quality and innovation, and we are looking for a highly skilled Electronics Test and Inspection Technician to join our production team.

The Role



We are seeking a meticulous and experienced technician responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our electronic products and printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies. This role involves comprehensive functional testing, detailed inspection, and component-level troubleshooting to maintain our high standards of quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities



You will be responsible for all aspects of test, inspection and documentation of a wide range of sensors, electronic components, assemblies and looms.

Conduct visual and systematic inspections of PCBs and finished products for physical defects, component placement, and solder quality.

Diagnose and isolate faults in non-conforming electronic units down to the component level using a logical, methodical approach.

Set up, operate, and maintain various electronic test equipment.

Accurately record all test data, inspection findings, non-conformance reports, and repair activities.

Work with Manufacturing and Design Engineers to provide feedback on failure modes and assist in the Root Cause Analysis for continuous process improvement.

Create, document and maintain accurate test protocols and instructions.

Adhere to all safety protocols

Experience required



Hands-on experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.

Proven ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

Proficiency with basic computer programs for documentation such as word and excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-34,000.00 per year
