Engineering Instructor

, you'll guide young minds through exciting, hands-on learning experiences that introduce them to the worlds of

mechanics and coding

. Using interactive lessons and playful experimentation, you'll help students grasp fundamental STEM concepts in a fun and approachable way--potentially sparking a lifelong passion for engineering and technology.

Responsibilities:

Teach engaging sessions that introduce basic

mechanical principles

(e.g., gears, levers, pulleys) and

coding concepts

(e.g., logic, sequencing, loops) through age-appropriate activities. Lead hands-on projects that encourage critical thinking, creativity, and teamwork. Foster an inclusive and curiosity-driven environment where children feel safe to explore and ask questions. Travel to various program locations such as schools, camps, and community centers. Follow provided curriculum and training materials to deliver consistent and high-quality instruction.

Requirements:

Experience working with children in an instructional, tutoring, or mentoring capacity. Strong communication skills and a passion for working with young learners. Ability and willingness to travel to multiple teaching locations. No prior engineering or coding experience required--

comprehensive training and resources will be provided

. Background in teaching or classroom assistance is preferred.
