The Role

Were looking for an

Email Campaign Marketing Manager

to turn strategy into action! Youll own campaign planning, execution, and reporting across email, CRM, SMS, and WhatsApp, keeping campaigns on time, on brand, and delivering real results. Youll work across multiple teams to ensure every campaign is launch-ready, optimised, and impactful.

What Youll Do

Plan & coordinate campaigns

across programmes, intakes, and channels

Build, send, and optimise campaigns

using marketing automation platforms (Salesforce/Pardot)

Ensure launch readiness

with high-quality, compliant campaigns

Track, report & optimise

campaign performance

Collaborate across teams

including CRM, Content, Paid, Digital, and Partners

KPIs / Success Measures

Campaigns delivered

on time and to a high standard

Increased

open, click-through, and conversion rates

Contribution to

enrolment targets

Fewer errors, rework, and last-minute fixes

Stakeholder confidence

in campaign delivery
