The Role




The CRM team is growing! We're looking for an experienced email delivery specialist to join our team and improve our current processes as well as introduce new ideas and initiatives.


This role will focus on ensuring we're getting the most out of our current customer base by ensuring we're delivering our campaigns to inboxes as effectively as possible. It will also work closely with the CRM team and help develop both our segmentation model and campaign frequency to maximise revenue.

Key Responsibilities



Email Deliverability & Performance Monitoring



Monitor and analyse email deliverability metrics (bounce rates, open rates, spam complaints). Own key deliverability reporting and provide insights on performance trends. Conduct audits of email campaigns and infrastructure for compliance and optimisation.

Sender Reputation Management



Track and manage sender reputation, including feedback loops, spam complaints, and bounce details. Investigate and resolve email delivery issues by liaising with ISPs, blocklists, and anti-spam providers. Develop proactive strategies to prevent deliverability issues from impacting email performance.

Best Practices & Compliance



Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and ISP guidelines. Stay up to date with email marketing trends, ISP behaviors, and anti-spam regulations. Collaborate with teams to implement best practices for email sending, list hygiene, and segmentation.

Campaign Execution & Optimisation



Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, ensuring templates are responsive and accessible. Manage audience segmentation, personalisation, and dynamic content to enhance engagement. Conduct A/B testing to optimise email performance.

Technical & Operational Management



Assist with email server configuration and IP management. Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues, managing suppression lists effectively.

Collaboration & Reporting



Work closely with marketing teams, copywriters, and designers to align email strategies with business goals. Share performance insights in a clear and actionable way for team members. Provide recommendations to improve email deliverability and engagement.

Requirements



3+ years of work experience in an analytic, data-driven email role Experience working with ESP serving medium to large senders Proven track record of investigating and resolving technical problems Experience with IP/domain Warming Up Testing and analysis tools, like Litmus, Return Path, EDS, Google Postmaster Tools and SNDS DNS, IPs and other networking concepts Ability to interpret antispam rules of all major mailbox providers

Good to have



Experience working with deliverability in igaming Knowledge of Adobe campaign
