Job Overview

Do you love making scroll-stopping social posts, designing eye-catching visuals, and telling stories that make people feel something? We're looking for a creative all-rounder who can bring energy, ideas, and flair to our online presence and craft email campaigns that truly connect with our customers.

You'll work closely with our Marketing Lead to dream up and deliver fresh, engaging content across social media, blogs, and email marketing. We're a diverse, imaginative team that loves what we do (and we think you will too).

Responsibilities

Email excellence

: Build and manage email marketing campaigns for our customers, from concept to click.

Use our email platform

to schedule, segment, and measure campaign performance.

Design magic

: Create bold, on-brand adverts, social media graphics, and other imagery using our favourite design tools.

Social storytelling

: Plan, create, and post engaging social content, including photos, videos, memes, reels, you name it!

Know what's trending

: Keep an eye on what's hot online and suggest new platforms or ideas that'll boost our visibility.

Blog brilliance

: Write and upload blog posts that inform, inspire, or entertain. (All topics approved by management first, we like to plan our stories!)

Measure what matters

: Keep tabs on how our posts and campaigns perform, and share insights that help us grow.

Help shape

the customer journey with thoughtful, on-brand communication.

Experience

A creative thinker with a good eye for design and detail. A social media lover who knows what makes people click, like, and share. Experienced (or excited to learn!) in email marketing platforms and customer communication. A great communicator, whether that's writing a snappy caption, a catchy subject line, or a full blog post. Flexible, friendly, and comfortable working with a team that values creativity, kindness, and collaboration. Confident using design software ( Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop - other programmes such as Illustrator, InDesign and AfterEffects are a welcome bonus)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 14,563.95-29,709.85 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
