Email Marketing Campaign Specialist

to make inboxes more engaging and effective.

This role focuses on planning, building, and optimising email campaigns and automated sequences (mainly in MailChimp) that drive results. You'll also have the chance to support a few social media clients where campaigns tie neatly into email strategy.

About the role

You'll lead all things email marketing, from one-off campaigns to full nurture sequences, ensuring messages are relevant, engaging, and high-performing. You won't be totally on your own - you'll work closely with our

amazing designers

and wider team of copywriters and strategists to make email and social campaigns look fabulous while shaping content that enhances results across channels.

Key responsibilities

Plan, build, and manage email campaigns in MailChimp (or similar) Create and optimise automated sequences with smooth integrations Track performance and report on key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) Produce clear, insightful reports for clients, highlighting campaign performance and recommendations Write clear, on-brand copy for emails, sequences, landing pages and social posts Collaborate with designers to deliver visually impactful content Manage campaign calendars and deadlines across email and social Develop and schedule social media posts that align with email strategy Analyse performance and audience engagement across platforms

We'd love someone who has:

Proven experience in email marketing and social media Hands-on knowledge of MailChimp (or similar platforms) Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset Excellent written communication skills Experience with CRM systems and advanced automation tools Knowledge of e-commerce and social media content planning
