We're looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join our team and help our clients create and deliver comprehensive email marketing strategies for their ecommerce stores. The candidate will lead email marketing projects and collaborate with other specialist teams to deliver high-converting campaigns. The role is remote based, making it perfect for someone seeking the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities

Create comprehensive email marketing strategies across a diverse range of ecommerce businesses. Create monthly reports, providing actionable insights and improvements which can be communicated to clients. Monitor and optimize key email marketing KPIs including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution Develop and implement automated email sequences including welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, and post-purchase flows. Create and manage email marketing campaigns for promotions and seasonal activity across a range of ecommerce stores.

Required Criteria:

Project management experience with proven ability to manage multiple client campaigns. Experience creating high performing email campaigns in Klaviyo or other email platforms. Email design and copywriting experience. Understanding of email metrics and KPIs that deliver performance.

Desirable Criteria:

Experience using Shopify or other ecommerce platforms. Knowledge of other digital marketing channels such as Search & Paid Social.
