Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Embroidery & Roland Machine Operator

to join our team on a part-time or full time basis. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in operating industrial embroidery machines and Roland printing/cutting machines, particularly for garment decoration and custom branding.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain industrial embroidery machine Happy Japan. Set up and run Roland printer/cutter for vinyl and DTF (Direct to Film) applications Load and monitor jobs for accuracy, quality, and efficiency Digitise and adjust embroidery files using design software. Prepare garments and substrates for production. Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Maintain a clean and organised work area Ensure all orders are completed on time and meet quality standards

Requirements

Proven experience operating embroidery machines and/or Roland printers Familiarity with design software and file preparation (e.g., CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or embroidery digitising tools) Strong attention to detail and quality control Good organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
