We are currently seeking a
Seasonal Embroidery Production Operative
to join our night shift team. This role runs fromAugust through to December
, with thepossibility of extension for the right candidate
. You will be part of a fast-paced production environment, assisting in the creation and finishing of high-quality embroidered garments.No prior experience is necessary --
full training will be provided in-house
. Candidates who successfully complete training will progress to the higher hourly rate of14.00 per hour
.Key Responsibilities:
Operate industrial embroidery machines to meet production targets Prepare garments and frames for embroidery Monitor and inspect embroidery quality to ensure consistency and accuracy Conduct basic maintenance and thread changes on machines Maintain a clean and safe working environment Collaborate with the wider production team to ensure efficient workflow
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and quality Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to work independently during night shifts Good time management and reliability Previous experience in embroidery or manufacturing is a bonus but
not essential
