Key Responsibilities:
Operate industrial embroidery machines to meet production targets
Prepare garments and frames for embroidery
Monitor and inspect embroidery quality to ensure consistency and accuracy
Conduct basic maintenance and thread changes on machines
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Collaborate with the wider production team to ensure efficient workflow
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and quality
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Good time management and reliability
Previous experience in embroidery or manufacturing is a bonus but
not essential
