Are you passionate about supporting people with their mental health and emotional wellbeing? If you are then here is the perfect opportunity for you. We are multi awarding winning mental health specialists and consultancy.

We are looking for qualified and experienced EMDR therapists to work in our therapy rooms across Lincolnshire, we currently have rooms in Grimsby, Scunthorpe Louth and Hull.

You must be accredited and able to provide Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Integrative Counselling and Trauma Focused CBT.

Whilst the role is self-employed you will be part of a fantastic team of likeminded therapists. You will be supported by our Operations Team and a clinical lead; you will receive free group peer support and have access to training. There are lots of opportunities within Fortis to develop your skills through mentoring and coaching, the possibilities are endless!

You will need to be qualified, have experience working therapeutically with clients and a passion for supporting people with their mental health as well as being a member of a relevant professional body, have a DBS and insurance.

Our main criteria are for you to be able to work creatively with clients to engage them in the therapeutic process, to have different strategies and techniques in your toolkit to work with a wide range of clients with a broad range of difficulties - as well as:

Being able to manage a caseload, diary, clinical notes, by using our online case management system

Communicating clearly and effectively with the referrer and other agencies (as appropriate) and with peers, clinical leads, and others within the team
