The EMEA Procurement team currently has a vacancy for a EMEA Marketing services Procurement Leader.


This presents an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced procurement professional who enjoys working closely with the business units and K-C's supply base to drive strong value delivery and collaborative partnerships.


The role holder is responsible for the timely and cost-effective strategic sourcing of Marketing services in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.


The Team Leader will provide leadership to a group of 5 direct reports in support of Kimberly-Clark EMEA EM and IFP business segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic sourcing and category management for Marketing services. Analyze supplier landscape and market trends to shape value roadmaps. Drive supplier negotiations using the NGS framework to maximize ROI. Build and manage competitive supplier relationships to secure business advantage. Collaborate on procurement strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide expert guidance on vendor selection, negotiation, and procurement best practices. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, diverse team. Ensure compliance with financial controls and corporate policies.

Bachelor's degree and/or significant Procurement experience Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Change agent with ability to influence at all levels of the organisation Excellent quantitative and data analysis skill Excellent negotiation skills Proven experience in Procurement, Supply Chain and/or other commercial role Problem solving experience in reducing total costs and improving processes You will need to be fluent in English.
