About the Role




Titan Cloud Software is seeking a dynamic and experienced EMEA Partner Manager to build and scale our partner ecosystem across the region, with a strong focus on developing new markets in Africa. This role will focus on reseller/channel partner growth, strategic alliances, and top-of-funnel pipeline generation while also supporting key deal closures with strategic partners.

What You'll Do



Develop & Execute Regional Partner Strategy: Build and manage the EMEA partner ecosystem with a primary focus on reseller programs and new market expansion in Africa. Partner Recruitment & Enablement: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners with an emphasis on companies familiar with the fuel retail sector. Drive engagement and enablement through training, certification, and co-marketing initiatives. Channel Sales & Pipeline Development: Work with partners to generate qualified opportunities, ensure lead flow into the sales pipeline, and support conversion into closed-won deals. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner relationships, including joint business planning, performance tracking, and conflict resolution. Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay current on market dynamics and competitor movements. Understand how regional partners like Alvic, Madic, and TSG Services operate in the fuel retail ecosystem. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Partner with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to align on regional go-to-market strategies and partner co-sell motions.

Requirements



What We're Looking For



5-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS channel or partner management, ideally within the fuel retail, energy, or industrial IoT sectors. Demonstrated success in building and managing reseller programs across EMEA, especially Africa. Strong knowledge of or experience working with key POS industry players such as Alvic, Madic, TSG Services, and Gilbarco. Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships that drive pipeline and revenue. Experience in early-stage or high-growth tech environments preferred. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel within EMEA as needed.
