Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end payroll
for employees across multiple regions
Ensure compliance with
regional tax laws and social security regulations
.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll queries.
Maintain accurate payroll records and produce statutory reports.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in global payroll processing
Strong knowledge of employment and tax legislation, experience within NL and Germany would be highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
