Regional Compensation Manager, EMEA

This role is responsible for the design, planning, implementation and monitoring of Compensation programs and processes in the EMEA region where Labcorp operates, ensuring that our programs are designed to be compliant, market competitive and internally aligned with business goals.



Lead the Compensation plan and activities in EMEA Region across all Labcorp business units

Develop compensation policies, programs and processes.

Provide training and consultation to HR colleagues, managers and stakeholders

Drive and coordinate the change management as needed

Comprehensive analysis of Compensation needs for each country.

Participate in management of annual compensation cycle

Develop effective communications for compensation initiatives as needed

Collaborate with global compensation team colleagues to provide consistent messaging and guidance in alignment with global initiatives.

Collaborate with colleagues across HR, payroll, legal and finance across the region

Communicate with HR Business Partners on compensation environment in the region

May oversee the work of Compensation Analyst(s)

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor s Degree, or equivalent

5 to 7 years professional compensation experience with both operational and strategic skills

Experience in performance management and pay-for-performance programs

Business acumen

Knowledge of local employment law and compensation practices across the region

Demonstrated project management skills

Experience leading communications and change management

Ability to work with all levels of management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to influence and advise in a matrixed environment.

Strong analytical capabilities.
