Position Summary:
The EMEA Sales Director for Risk Intelligence Sales is a pivotal senior leadership role that reports to the Global Head of Sales, Risk Intelligence. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and managing the regional Risk Intelligence (RI) teams across EMEA. The EMEA Sales Director will collaborate closely with the broader Sales and Account Management (SAM) and Risk Intelligence leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and lead the execution of the RI sales plan in collaboration with key internal and external business stakeholders to drive growth. Client Relationship Management: Develop new client relationships and commercial opportunities. Resource Alignment: Ensure sales specialist resources are aligned and focused on key areas of opportunity and addressable market. Customer Strategy Partnership: Partner with customer strategy teams to identify opportunities for new business growth and ensure focused execution of product-aligned and customer segment sales strategies. Voice of Customer (VoC): Build a culture within global RI sales specialist teams that systematically captures and delivers VoC to Product Management to ensure capital allocation and associated product roadmaps align with strategic customer requirements. Unified Messaging: Ensure that RI sales specialist teams deliver a ONE LSEG message in all customer engagements and identify opportunities for cross-sell/solution selling. Leadership Development: Develop the RI sales specialist leadership team and help manage regional teams to facilitate a high level of performance, inclusivity, and engagement. Strategic Alignment: Represent EMEA region at the RI Sales Leadership Table.

Sales Performance: Proven track record of delivering high performance and exceeding sales targets. Strategic Mindset: Strategic mindset alongside the ability to lead and drive planning and execution. Client-Centric Approach: Client-centric with strong commercial acumen and ability to manage consultative engagements to solve client problems and drive benchmark adoption, wins, and mandates. Domain Expertise: Deep subject matter expertise in the financial crime/fraud domain with the ability to work across client segments and geographies. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Team Leadership: Track record of leading high-performance teams and working with senior colleagues and stakeholders in a cross-functional, global environment to deliver results.
