Role Summary
The Design and Construction Team Vetting Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the vetting process for contractors working on multiple Design and Construction projects in EMEA. This role involves explaining the vetting procedures, ensuring compliance with required tasks, ordering the vetting check and completing data entry, assisting contractors with the process, and liaising with the Global Workforce Screening team for system access and updates.
Key Responsibilities
Vetting Process Explanation:

• Clearly articulate the vetting process to contractors, ensuring they understand all requirements and procedures.
• Provide training and resources to contractors to facilitate compliance with vetting standards.

Task Management

• Monitor and ensure that contractors carry out all required vetting tasks in a timely manner such that there is not a delay in the project due to vetting
• Develop and maintain checklists and guidelines to assist contractors in completing vetting requirements.

Data Management and Support

• Assist contractors in ordering vetting cases and completing data entry, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted accurately.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in relevant systems, including E-permits.

Liaison with Global Workforce Screening Team

• Act as the primary point of contact between contractors and the Global Workforce Screening team.
• Request system access for contractors and ensure they receive the necessary permissions to perform their duties.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the vetting process.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with contractors and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in managing data, data entry and using data management systems
• Microsoft Office proficiency, ideally Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
