Emea Social Media Manager

Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Develop campaign strategies for EMEA-wide campaigns that promote events, thought leadership, blog posts and videos on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Nurture a community of social media channel owners throughout EMEA to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Support EMEA regions in managing their content schedule and campaign planning.
  • Develop new social media templates with our creative teams and digital agencies.
  • Manage relationships with social media agencies who publish content across EMEA.
  • Analyze analytics reports to spot trends and report findings to all channel owners.
  • Manage and develop the EMEA social media advocacy Programme to enhance the impact our workmate\xe2\x80\x99s make on their personal social media channels.
Experience needed:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in related field with 6 - 8 years of social media experience in the B2B technology space.
  • Experience marketing to business audiences.
  • Working knowledge of a variety of social media tools, community platforms, and measurement and advocacy platforms (experience working with Khorus a plus)
  • Deep experience in developing organic and paid social campaigns using LinkedIn.
  • Proven B2B experience in building social strategies, deploying successful campaigns, and cultivating audiences.
  • Strong skills in marketing communications and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated efficiency in running multiple initiatives, vendors, and other key players as part of the social media practice.
  • Experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Focused attention to detail and ability to multitask, handling multiple complex, multi-phase projects at different stages.
  • Analytic skills with the ability to analyze and provide deep insights.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and excellent oral/written presentation skills.
