Description



The EMEIA Sales BPR Manager is a pivotal role within Apple's Sales Planning & Operations (SP&O) organisation in Europe, Middle East, and India. As the manager, you will oversee a team of project managers and business/data architects, designing, implementing, and sustaining high-impact projects across the region. You will be responsible for driving innovation and continuously improving business performance within the sales reporting, data governance, systems, and tools domains.","responsibilities":"Lead and develop a team of project managers and business/data architects to deliver world-class solutions and capabilities.

Lead foundational data initiatives that will help unlock regional insights and power future AI/ML capabilities

Coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster professional growth and excellence.

Partner closely with global and regional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, IS&T, Operations, master Data, and external vendors.

Lead the regional deployment of global capital projects and implement global standards.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within scope, schedule, and quality standards.

Foster collaboration and cross functional relationships




Preferred Qualifications



Experience managing geographically dispersed teams

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience



Minimum Qualifications



Extensive experience in the technology industry with a strong record of project execution.

Proven experience in project leadership across complex, matrixed, and international environments

Demonstrated track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver large-scale and concurrent projects

Strong leadership, organisation, and resource management skills

Strategic thinker capable of balancing big-picture focus with detailed execution

Excellent influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Able to create a bridge between data teams and business functions, ensuring stakeholder needs are met and translated into impactful data initiatives


Recognised change agent with success in implementing organisational transformation

Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration capabilities
