Emergency Dental Nurse

to join our dedicated out-of-hours team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care and can thrive in a fast-paced emergency dental environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during emergency procedures Set up and clean down the surgery before and after treatments Ensure cross-infection control procedures are followed Greet patients and support them throughout their visit Take and process payments accurately Maintain accurate patient records and update systems accordingly Prepare materials and equipment for treatments Provide exceptional patient care and reassurance in emergency situations

Requirements:

Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse Previous experience in a dental nursing role (emergency or out-of-hours preferred) Confident handling payments and basic administrative tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently with a calm and compassionate approach Must be available during the stated out-of-hours schedule
