Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Emergency Nurse Practitioners (ENP) or Emergency Care Practitioners (ECP) to join our dedicated team in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of urgent and emergency conditions

- Manage minor injuries including plastering, suturing, and wound care

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care

- Provide timely, evidence-based care in line with clinical guidelines

- Ensure accurate documentation and patient record-keeping using Adastra

Experience Required:

-Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) or Out of Hours (OOH) experience is essential

- Ability to treat a variety of injuries, including plastering, suturing, and wound management

- IMER training required

- Must have UK-based experience in an emergency care setting

Skills and Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse or Paramedic with advanced practice qualifications

- Proven experience working in an autonomous role in emergency or urgent care settings

- Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to various clinical environments
